Lab Planetary Ball Mill GN-XGB04 – 4-Station Mill for Dry/Wet Grinding & Vacuum Processing 

The GN-XGB04 Planetary Ball Mill is a versatile laboratory instrument designed for grinding, mixing, and homogenizing a wide range of materials. It supports dry and wet milling methods, as well as the processing of solid particles, suspensions, and pastes. With optional vacuum jars, samples can be milled under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, making it ideal for oxygen-sensitive materials.

Working Principle:

The mill features four ball milling tanks mounted on a rotating turntable. When the turntable rotates (revolution), each tank simultaneously rotates around its own central axis (rotation), creating a planetary motion. This dual action generates powerful centrifugal forces, causing grinding balls to impact and shear the sample repeatedly, achieving efficient crushing, grinding, and mixing.
