The Pneumatic Side Cutting Machine is a manual mechanical equipment specifically designed for cutting aluminum-laminated films used in pouch lithium batteries. It is particularly suitable for trimming the side edges of vacuum-sealed soft-pack batteries after the packaging process.

Working Principle:

The operator manually places the battery onto the workbench for positioning. Stepping on the foot switch valve activates the pneumatic cylinder, which drives the cutting blade to complete the cut and then automatically resets. After cutting, the operator removes the battery from the workbench. This simple, reliable process ensures consistent cuts with minimal operator effort.
