The Automatic Hardware Die Cutting Machine is a high-precision, high-speed roll-to-roll system designed for forming lithium battery electrodes. Using customized separate dies, this equipment ensures precise electrode dimensions while preventing separator puncture and internal short circuits. Integrated with advanced inspection and dust removal systems, it delivers exceptional product quality and yield for large-scale battery manufacturing.

Working Principle:

The machine operates on a roll-to-roll basis with unwinding and rewinding mechanisms. Electrode materials pass through an EPC correction system for precise alignment before entering the die cutting station. The punch die features a press plate evenly distributed around it, guided by numerous precision guide columns to minimize powder drop at cut edges. After cutting, a CCD inspection system detects defects and automatically removes non-conforming electrodes. Acceptable electrodes are collected in bins for manual packaging.
