Calendar Machine – Laboratory Heating Roll Press for Battery Electrode Rolling

This Calendar Machine is a versatile laboratory roll press designed for electric rolling of battery materials, as well as small quantities of precious metals (gold, silver) and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum). It is particularly suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery electrodes for clean energy applications.

Working Principle:

The machine utilizes gear transmission to drive the rollers, providing consistent and adjustable rolling pressure. The rolling gap can be precisely adjusted from 0 to 2 mm using a ramp mechanism, allowing fine control over material thickness. Optional heating function enables temperature-controlled rolling for advanced material processing.
