Working Process:
- The operator manually introduces the positive and negative electrode plates into the winding section.
- Electrodes are stacked together with the separator material.
- The machine winds the stack according to programmed process requirements.
- Termination tape is automatically applied to secure the wound core.
- The finished battery core is automatically discharged for collection.
