This Coin Cell Manual Pressing Machine is a precision hydraulic press specifically designed for pressing battery materials in laboratory settings. It is primarily used for coin cell electrode pressing, as well as flattening and shaping other materials. The machine features a specially engineered hydraulic structure that delivers high pressure with minimal operator effort, ensuring uniform pressing results.

Working Principle:

  1. Open the die and place the battery material on the lower die.
  2. Turn the oil release valve handle clockwise to engage the hydraulic system.
  3. Operate the hand lever up and down to drive the hydraulic jack upward, causing the upper and lower dies to close.
  4. Monitor the pressure gauge until it reaches the required level for your process.
  5. The material is now pressed and formed with high uniformity.
