Coin Cell Spacer SS304/SS316 – 15.8mm Diameter, 0.2–1.0mm Thickness

This coin cell spacer is a precision-engineered component designed for CR20 series coin cell batteries, including CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, CR2430, and CR2450. It serves a critical filling function when the total thickness of the electrode stack is insufficient to maintain proper internal contact and compression.

Coin Cell Gasket

Manufactured from high-grade SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, the spacer offers excellent corrosion resistance, flatness, and dimensional stability. With a standard diameter of 15.8 mm, it fits snugly inside the coin cell case without interfering with the sealing ring or edge sealing area.

Four thickness options are available to meet varying assembly requirements:

  • 0.2 mm – Fine adjustment for minimal gap filling
  • 0.5 mm – Standard thickness for most coin cell configurations
  • 0.8 mm – Additional filling for thinner electrode stacks
  • 1.0 mm – Maximum filling for single-electrode or half-cell setups
