Coin Cell Spring SS304/SS316 – Funnel Type, Three-Wheel Wave, Multi-Round Wave
Precision coin cell spring made of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel. Diameter 15.4mm, thickness 1.1mm. Available in funnel type, three-wheel wave, and multi-round wave forms. Ensures stable internal pressure and electrical contact for CR20 series coin cell assembly. Ideal for lithium battery research.
This coin cell spring is a precision-engineered internal component designed for CR20 series coin cell batteries, including CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032. Manufactured from high-grade SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term durability under compression.
With a standard diameter of 15.4 mm and thickness of 1.1 mm, the spring fits perfectly into the negative case, maintaining consistent internal pressure and ensuring stable electrical contact between the anode, spacer, and cell case.
Three distinct spring forms are available to suit different assembly requirements and electrochemical testing conditions:
