The Roll to Sheet Electrode Cutting Machine is an advanced automated system designed for precision cutting of lithium-ion battery electrodes. It converts roll-fed electrode materials into individual sheets with high accuracy and consistency, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

Working Principle:

The machine utilizes a stepper motor for fixed length loading, ensuring precise and repeatable cutting lengths. A pneumatic control system manages pressure calendering and slicing operations. For coated electrodes with gaps, a color code sensor automatically identifies the gaps and performs selective cutting. The unwinding system features magnetic powder tension control and air expansion shaft for smooth material handling.
