Single Station Glove Box – Integrated Gas Purifier, <1ppm H₂O/O₂, Siemens PLC

We engineered this Single Station Glove Box as a complete inert atmosphere workstation for advanced materials research and battery development. It integrates a high-performance gas purification system directly into the glove box, continuously removing water and oxygen through recirculation. As a result, it maintains ultra-low impurity levels below 1ppm for both H₂O and O₂.

• Integrated Gas Purifier: The single-column purifier recirculates and cleans the inert gas, so you achieve consistent atmosphere purity without external connections.
• Siemens PLC Control: The programmable logic controller automates purification cycles, thus ensuring reliable long-term operation.
• Ultra-Low Impurities: Water content <1ppm and oxygen content <1ppm, making it suitable for moisture/oxygen-sensitive materials like lithium battery electrodes.
• Robust Construction: Stainless steel build provides durability and easy cleaning.
• Integrated Analyzers: Built-in oxygen analyzer (0–1000ppm) and water analyzer (0–500ppm) for real-time monitoring.
• High Vacuum Capability: Vacuum pump achieves ≤2×10⁻³ Pa, enabling fast chamber evacuation and regeneration.
