Product Features:
- Dual Mixing Action: Double mixing slurry mechanism combined with multiple serrated disks mounted on a high-speed dispersing shaft. These components rotate and revolve simultaneously for thorough mixing.
- No Dead Angle Design: The low-clearance design of the mixing vessel ensures complete material processing without accumulation zones.
- Powerful Circulation & Dispersion: Combines strong kneading interference and up-down/left-right circulation movement from the low-speed agitator with high-speed shearing and dispersing action from the dispersing plate.
- Complete Dispersion: Materials are fully dispersed and mixed without any deposition, ensuring consistent slurry quality.
- Adjustable Speeds: All speeds can be adjusted to accommodate different material viscosities and processing requirements.
Working Principle:
The machine employs a sophisticated mixing strategy:
- The low-speed agitator creates strong kneading action and circulates material vertically and horizontally.
- The high-speed dispersing shaft with serrated disks applies intense shear forces to break agglomerates.
