Ultrasonic Welding Machine GN-800 – 800W Metal Welder for Li-Ion Pouch Cell Tab Welding

We designed the GN-800 Ultrasonic Welding Machine specifically for welding stacked electrode sheets and tabs onto current collectors in lithium-ion pouch cell R&D laboratories. Unlike resistance welders, this ultrasonic system creates strong, reliable bonds between copper and aluminum materials without generating excessive heat. Therefore, it preserves the integrity of sensitive electrode coatings.

Working Principle:

The welder generates high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations (30-40 kHz) that create friction and molecular diffusion between metal layers. Consequently, it produces a solid-state bond without melting the materials. This process ensures low electrical resistance and high mechanical strength at the weld interface.
