Custom Laboratory Pouch Cell Line for a Swedish Customer – Delivered in 30 Days
In June 2022, we received a custom request from a Swedish client requiring a complete laboratory-scale pouch cell manufacturing system. The objective was to establish a compact, fully functional R&D line capable of producing high-quality pouch cells for testing and prototyping.
Recognizing the project’s urgency and technical specificity, our engineering team responded swiftly. Based on the client’s preliminary requirements, we designed and proposed a comprehensive pouch cell laboratory production line solution fully aligned with their experimental needs.
The final solution comprised a series of carefully selected core equipment and necessary materials:
- Laboratory Coater: For precise electrode coating preparation.
- Laboratory Semi-auto Stacking Machine: Ensuring reliable stacking of electrodes and separators.
- Semi-Automatic Electrode Punching Machine: For accurate cutting of electrode shapes.
- Electrode Large Sheet Cutting Machine: To handle initial sheet sizing.
- Automatic Roller Pairing Machine: For densifying electrodes to the desired thickness.
By the end of June 2022, the entire system was fully manufactured, thoroughly tested, packed, and shipped to the customer in Sweden.
