The GN-CC20E Electric Coin Cell Crimping Machine is an advanced motor-driven sealing system designed for automatic, consistent coin cell battery assembly in research laboratories and small-scale production environments. Unlike manual or pneumatic crimpers, this electric model features automated mold operation with precise pressure control.
Working Principle:
After placing the battery into the mold, simply click the start button. The lower mold automatically rises and applies pressure until it reaches the preset value, then automatically stops. During this process, the battery is sealed and formed with high precision and repeatability.

- Fully Automatic Operation: Lower mold automatically rises to set pressure and stops; one-button operation ensures consistency.
- Adjustable Sealing Pressure: Pressure range from 80 kg to 1400 kg with ±1.5% precision; easily adjusted via control panel.
- Fast Cycle Time: Approximately 14 seconds per unit (for CR2032), enabling efficient sample preparation.
- Interchangeable Molds: Compatible with CR16, CR20, CR24, CR30 series and other custom mold designs.
- Versatile Applications: Beyond battery sealing, can be used for dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, forming, and riveting with appropriate molds.
