The GN-CC20E Electric Coin Cell Crimping Machine is an advanced motor-driven sealing system designed for automatic, consistent coin cell battery assembly in research laboratories and small-scale production environments. Unlike manual or pneumatic crimpers, this electric model features automated mold operation with precise pressure control.

Working Principle:

After placing the battery into the mold, simply click the start button. The lower mold automatically rises and applies pressure until it reaches the preset value, then automatically stops. During this process, the battery is sealed and formed with high precision and repeatability.
