The GN-CC20 Coin Cell Hydraulic Crimping Machine is a manually operated hydraulic press designed for reliable and consistent coin cell battery sealing in research laboratories and small-scale production environments. Using a hand rocker rod to drive the hydraulic pump, this machine delivers precise, repeatable crimping without the need for electricity or compressed air.
Manual hydraulic coin cell crimping machine for laboratory battery assembly. Sealing pressure 80–1400 kg, stroke 30mm, pressure precision ±1.5%. Compatible with CR16, CR20, CR24, CR30 series. Ideal for button cell sealing, powder pressing, and riveting applications.
Working Principle:
After placing the battery into the mold, the operator drives the hand rocker rod to activate the hydraulic pump. The upper and lower molds automatically close with controlled pressure, forming a secure seal on the coin cell. The hydraulic mechanism provides smooth, consistent force application throughout the crimping process.
