This Manual Winding Machine is a simple, precision-engineered tool independently designed and manufactured for winding the cores of pouch cells, cylinder cells, and supercapacitors. It offers an economical and flexible solution for research laboratories and small-scale production environments where manual control and adjustability are essential.
Key Design Features:
- Minimal Needle Deflection: Ensures consistent core geometry and winding accuracy.
- Fully Adjustable Feed Plate: The feeding slot plate positions can be adjusted up/down, left/right, and front/back to accommodate different electrode widths and alignments.
- Foot Pedal Control: Forward and reverse rotation controlled by a convenient foot pedal switch, freeing hands for material handling.
- Variable Speed Motor: Motor speed adjustable from 0 to 170 RPM (reduction ratio 1:6) for optimal winding control.
- Winding Support Rollers: Maintain proper tension and tightness during core winding.
- Winding Tail Support: Added support at the tail increases the winding precision of the core.
- Compact & Ergonomic: Small footprint (L690×W330×H220mm) with an exquisite appearance, easy to operate and maintain.
Working Principle:
- Adjust the feeding slot plate to match the width of the electrode.
- Place the electrode into the feeding slot and position its winding end at the needle.
- Press the foot pedal switch to start the winding machine, driving the needle to rotate.
- The motor speed can be adjusted during winding as needed.
- Upon completion, manually remove the wound core.
