Top and Side Sealing Machine GN-HS300 – Pouch Cell Heat Sealer with Independent Temperature Control
The GN-HS300 Top and Side Sealing Machine is specifically designed for heat sealing the top and side edges of pouch lithium batteries. Utilizing resistance heating technology, this equipment delivers precise, consistent seals on aluminum laminated film without requiring head changes between top and side sealing operations.
Working Principle:
Resistance heating tubes transfer heat to the brass sealing head. The thermal conduction effect acts on the aluminum laminated film packaging material. Under controlled pressure, the film heats, softens, and approaches a molten state to complete the pressing and merging. The upper sealing head features hard sealing, while the lower head provides soft sealing, enabling both top and side sealing without changing heads.
Operation Workflow:
- Confirm air switch is open; connect power and air sources.
- Start power supply and set upper/lower temperature controllers to specified values.
- Once temperature reaches set values, switch knob to automatic mode.
- Place battery cell in sealing position.
- Step on foot switch to initiate automatic sealing operation.
