Top & Side Sealing Machine – Manual Pouch Battery Heat Sealer with Dual Temperature Control

We designed this Top & Side Sealing Machine as a manual mechanical equipment specifically for the top sealing and edge melting of pouch lithium battery aluminum-laminated film. Unlike other models, this machine delivers a unique practical effect with a user-friendly operating platform. Consequently, it has become a preferred choice for researchers and small-scale producers.

Working Principle:

Heating tubes raise the upper and lower sealing heads to preset temperatures. During sealing, these heads apply localized heat to the aluminum-laminated film for a short duration, melting the inner layers and fusing the two sides together. Thus, the battery core becomes completely encapsulated within the aluminum-laminated film.

Key Features:

• Dual Temperature Control: Upper head recommended at 200°C, lower head at 160-180°C. You can freely set both temperatures independently via separate controllers.
• Adjustable Sealing Time: 0-99 seconds adjustable, with recommended 3-4 seconds for optimal results.
• Temperature Alarm System: Built-in alarm alerts you if temperatures go too high or too low, ensuring consistent seal quality.
• Foot Switch Operation: Hands-free activation makes operation practical, reliable, convenient, and fast.
• Fully Enclosed Housing: All working parts (except feeding area) are enclosed for operator safety.
• Glove Box Compatible: Compact design (L350×W380×H520mm) allows placement inside argon or nitrogen glove boxes.
• Wide Compatibility: Seals batteries up to L180×W180mm (including air bag and tabs) with 190mm sealing length.
