Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine (Split) – Pouch Cell Vacuum Sealer with Separate Electrical Box 

We engineered this Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine (Split) specifically for vacuum extraction and hot pressing sealing of pouch lithium batteries after liquid injection and static rest. Unlike integrated units, this split design places the electrical box separately from the main equipment. Consequently, you can position the main unit inside a glove box while keeping electrical components outside, making it ideal for inert atmosphere processing.

Working Principle:

The upper and lower chambers first form a sealed environment around the pouch cell. Next, the system evacuates the chamber to create a negative pressure state. Then, the heated sealing head applies thermal energy to the aluminum-laminated film, causing it to soften and melt together. Finally, the seal completes, and the chambers open for cell removal.

Key Features:

  • Split Design: The main equipment and electrical box separate, allowing the sealing unit to operate inside glove boxes while electronics remain outside.
  • Copper Sealing Heads: We manufacture heads from brass material for excellent heat conduction. As a result, they save electricity, improve work efficiency, and outperform similar products in energy savings.
  • Adjustable Sealing Pressure: You can regulate head pressure via a pressure regulating valve, so you achieve different process parameters as needed.
  • Precision Guidance: A cylinder drives the upper sealing head with linear guide sleeve support. This ensures flexible up/down movement and accurate parallelism of the sealing edge.
  • Cover Cavity Control: A separate cylinder drives the cover cavity with linear guide support, guaranteeing precise movement and reliable product sealing.
  • High Vacuum Capability: Maximum vacuum degree ≤ -95KPa (adjustable) ensures thorough gas removal before sealing.
  • Flexible Temperature Control: You can freely set temperatures up to 250°C, accommodating various film types and thicknesses.
  • Adjustable Timing: Sealing time adjustable from 0-99 seconds, with recommended 3-4 seconds for optimal results.
