Automatic Die Cutting Machine – High-Speed Electrode Cutter for Pouch Cell Batteries

This Automatic Die Cutting Machine is specifically designed for punching positive and negative electrodes of pouch cell batteries. It serves as the front-end process for stacking machines, delivering high speed, minimal burr formation, and very low powder drop. The machine processes roll-fed electrode material and outputs cut electrodes via PET film with automatic cutting, followed by manual collection.

Working Principle:

The machine adopts an automatic continuous die-cutting structure:

  • Roll electrode unwinding with active drive and proximity switch control.
  • Photoelectric correction actuator ensures stable material transport and feeding accuracy.
  • Motor-driven crankshaft operates the knife seat; main traction driven by high-precision servo motor.
  • Tension adjustable with tension motor control.
  • Waste automatically collected; PET brush powder dust removal keeps electrodes clean.
