Electric Coin Cell Crimper GN-CC20E – Motorized Lab Crimping Machine

The GN-CC20E Electric Coin Cell Crimper is a motor-driven sealing machine designed for efficient and consistent coin cell battery assembly in research laboratories and small-scale production environments. Unlike manual or pneumatic crimpers, this electric model provides automated, repeatable crimping with precise pressure control.

Motor-driven electric coin cell crimper for laboratory battery assembly. Sealing pressure 80–1400 kg, stroke 30mm, pressure precision ±1.5%. Compatible with CR16, CR20, CR24, CR30 series. Ideal for button cell sealing, powder pressing, and riveting applications.

Working Principle:

After placing the battery into the mold, simply start the motor button. The upper and lower molds automatically close with controlled pressure to seal and form the battery. The entire process is motor-driven, eliminating the need for manual force or external gas supply.
