Manual Punching Machine – Hand-Operated Cutter for Battery Electrodes & Separators
The Manual Punching Machine is a precision hand-operated cutting tool designed and manufactured for the battery research industry. It is specifically engineered for cutting various thin materials used in battery fabrication, including metal foils, electrodes, and separators. Its compact size and robust construction make it an ideal choice for laboratory environments, particularly for use inside glove boxes.
Working Principle:
The machine operates manually by applying hand pressure to the pressing shaft. The material to be cut is placed on the work surface, and the manual force (≥300kg) drives the selected die through the material, creating a clean, burr-free disc. The interchangeable die system allows for quick changes between different cutting diameters.

- Wide Material Compatibility: Cuts materials from 0.01mm to 0.5mm thickness, including all lithium battery separators and electrodes.
- Interchangeable Dies: Accepts dies from Φ3mm to Φ24mm, with common sizes including Φ10, Φ12, Φ14, Φ15, Φ16, Φ19, Φ20mm.
- Standard Dies Included: Comes with Φ12mm and Φ16mm cutting dies.
- Generous Work Surface: L140 × W80mm work area for easy material placement.
- Adequate Stroke: Pressing shaft stroke up to 20mm for various material thicknesses.
