Working Principle:

  1. Chip-type pole pieces are manually fed into the machine.
  2. The knife template positions the material for cutting.
  3. Pneumatic cylinder drives the upper die to punch through the electrode material.
  4. The punched electrode piece is released for collection.
  5. Adjustable punching force and speed accommodate different material thicknesses and types.
