The Pneumatic Aluminum-laminated Film Forming Machine is a specialized mechanical equipment designed for precision forming of aluminum-laminated film cases used in lithium-ion pouch batteries. Utilizing a high-precision actuator cylinder, this machine creates consistent, high-quality cavities in aluminum-plastic film that will later contain the battery electrode stack and electrolyte.

Working Principle:

  1. The high-precision forming actuator cylinder drives the die upward.
  2. The die operates within the programmed range to form the pit in the aluminum-laminated film.
  3. After completing the forming operation, the lower die returns to its original position.
  4. The machine features two primary action structures: lower die rising and pressure pit forming.
