This 18650 Cylinder Battery Semi-Auto Winding Machine is specifically designed for precision winding of 18650 lithium-ion battery cells. It combines manual electrode feeding with automated tape application and cell ejection, making it ideal for research and development, pilot production, and small-batch manufacturing.

Working Process:

  1. The operator manually introduces the positive and negative electrode plates into the winding section.
  2. Electrodes are stacked together with the separator material.
  3. The machine winds the stack according to programmed process requirements.
  4. Termination tape is automatically applied to secure the wound core.
  5. The finished battery core is automatically discharged for collection.
