Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine (Integrated) – Pouch Cell Vacuum Sealer for Electrolyte Injection Post-Processing

We designed this integrated vacuum pre-sealing machine specifically for vacuum extraction and hot sealing of medium and small pouch lithium cells after electrolyte injection and standing. It ensures hermetic pre-sealing before final degassing and second sealing operations.

Working Principle

First, after electrolyte injection and standing, you place the pouch cell into the machine. Next, the cover cavity forms a sealed environment. Then, the system applies vacuum to remove gases. Finally, the heated sealing heads perform hot press sealing of the aluminum-plastic film. If you use the machine inside a glove box, this process maintains the inert atmosphere while properly sealing the cell.

  • Copper Sealing Heads: Made of copper material for excellent heat transfer, reduced power consumption, and improved energy efficiency compared to similar products.
  • Adjustable Sealing Pressure: Upper and lower head pressure can be adjusted via pressure regulating valve to meet various process requirements.
  • Precision Guidance: Upper and lower sealing heads are driven by cylinders and guided by two linear guides, ensuring flexible movement and accurate parallelism after sealing.
  • Cover Cavity Control: Cavity driven by cylinder with linear guide for flexible movement and precise sealing alignment.
  • High Vacuum Capability: Maximum vacuum level ≤ -95KPa (adjustable).
  • Flexible Temperature Control: Temperature freely settable up to 250°C.
