4 In 1 Sealing Machine (Split) – Pouch Cell Vacuum Sealing & Electrolyte Filling System

This 4 In 1 Sealing Machine (Split) is a comprehensive solution designed to meet the production requirements for pouch lithium batteries. It integrates four essential functions into a single, compact system: vacuum first sealing, vacuum second sealing, electrolyte filling, and vacuum standing. The split design allows flexible placement, with the main unit suitable for glove box operation.

Machine Sections & Functions:

1. Electrolyte Filling and Vacuum Standing Section (Filling Pump Optional)

Operators place batteries vertically in fixtures for electrolyte filling. A precision pump (optional) dispenses accurate electrolyte volumes. After filling, the operator manually closes the pressure plate, forming a sealed chamber with the lower cavity. The equipment then creates a vacuum environment for standing, with programmable duration up to 99.99 seconds.

2. Vacuum First Sealing and Vacuum Second Sealing Section (Vacuum Pump Optional)

This section handles both first and second vacuum sealing operations. The upper and lower chambers form a closed cavity, which is then evacuated to create a negative pressure state. For first sealing, the system punctures the pre-packaged gas strip to exhaust gases from the battery cell. The heated sealing head transfers thermal energy to the aluminum-laminated film, softening it to a near-molten state to achieve hermetic bonding. The same principle applies for second sealing, ensuring complete encapsulation.
