This 5 In 1 Sealing Machine (Split) is a comprehensive solution designed to meet the production requirements for pouch lithium batteries. It integrates five essential functions into a single, compact system: top sealing, side sealing, first-stage vacuum sealing, electrolyte filling, and vacuum standing. The split design allows flexible placement, with the main unit suitable for glove box operation.
Machine Sections & Functions:
1. Top and Side Sealing Section
This section handles both top and side sealing without requiring a head change. Resistance heating elements transfer heat to the brass sealing head, which then applies thermal energy to the aluminum-laminated film. Under controlled pressure, the film softens to a near-molten state, achieving reliable bonding and sealing.
2. Electrolyte Filling and Vacuum Standing Section (Filling Pump Optional)
Operators place batteries vertically in fixtures for electrolyte filling. A precision pump (optional) dispenses accurate electrolyte volumes. After filling, the operator manually closes the pressing plate, forming a sealed chamber with the lower cavity. The equipment then creates a vacuum environment for standing, with programmable duration up to 99.99 seconds.
3. First-Stage Vacuum Sealing Section (Vacuum Pump Optional)
This section forms a sealed chamber between upper and lower cavities. The system evacuates the chamber to achieve negative pressure. Simultaneously, the heated sealing head softens the aluminum-laminated film to create a hermetic seal under vacuum conditions.
