5L Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer GN-PM-5L – High-Shear Vacuum Mixer for Battery Slurries
The GN-PM-5L Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer is a high-performance mixing system designed for preparation of advanced battery slurries and other high-viscosity materials. It combines planetary stirring with high-speed dispersion in a single unit, ensuring excellent dispersion and uniformity for demanding applications.

- No-Scrape Design: Eliminates material buildup on vessel walls for complete mixing and easy cleaning.
- High Rigidity Construction: Robust mechanical design ensures stable operation under high torque conditions.
- Dynamic Temperature Measurement: Real-time monitoring of material temperature during mixing.
- Variable Cross-Section Kneading: Optimized blade geometry provides three-dimensional mixing action for thorough homogenization.
- Rapid Dispersion: High-speed dispersion shaft (up to 9200r/min) quickly breaks agglomerates and distributes additives.
