The Aluminum Laminated Film Forming Machine (Manual Type 500) is a precision stamping equipment specifically designed for deep drawing and forming of aluminum laminated film used in pouch lithium batteries. It creates precise cavities in the aluminum-plastic film that will later contain the battery electrode stack and electrolyte. With a robust 20-ton forming pressure and high-precision control systems, this machine delivers consistent, high-quality forming results for R&D and small-scale production.

Working Principle:

The machine utilizes a high-precision forming booster cylinder that drives a set of precision forming dies. The work sequence is as follows:

  1. The upper die positions the aluminum laminated film.
  2. The lower die rises to meet the film.
  3. When the lower die reaches the set position, a precisely controlled boosting space is formed.
  4. As boosting work reaches the programmed range, the lower die performs the stamping and forming operation.
  5. The machine employs three distinct action structures: upper die movement, pressurization, and lower die movement, all precisely coordinated.
