We designed this Aluminum Laminated Film Forming Machine (with frame) specifically for pouch forming of aluminum-laminated films used in lithium-ion batteries. Unlike smaller bench-top units, this machine features a high-strength frame that provides exceptional stability during the punching process. Consequently, it delivers consistent, high-quality pouches for battery R&D and small-scale production.

Working Principle:

The machine uses a pneumatic method to punch aluminum-plastic film into precise pouch shapes. First, you place the film between the upper and lower dies. Next, you activate the pneumatic system, which applies controlled pressure to form the pouch. Because both pressure and speed are adjustable, you can optimize the process for different film thicknesses and pouch depths.
