Pneumatic Punching Machine – Lab Electrode & Separator Puncher for Glove Box

The Pneumatic Punching Machine is a precision slicing equipment developed specifically for punching and cutting various materials in the battery research and production industry. It is designed to punch lithium battery cathodes, anodes, and separators with high accuracy and minimal burr formation.

Working Principle:

The material (electrode or separator) is placed on the lower cutting platform. Stepping on the foot valve activates the pneumatic system, causing the upper die to descend and punch through the material in a single, clean motion. The equipment returns to its ready position automatically after each cycle.
