Pouch Cell Second Sealing Machine – Vacuum Heat Sealer with Puncture & Waste Recovery

This Pouch Cell Second Sealing Machine is specifically designed for the final packaging of medium and small-size pouch lithium batteries after bayonet piercing. It performs vacuum extraction and hot press sealing to ensure hermetic encapsulation of battery cells.

Working Principle:

After the battery undergoes bayonet piercing, it is placed in the sealing machine. The equipment performs:

  • Automatic puncture of the air bag
  • Vacuum extraction within the sealed cavity
  • Hot press sealing of the aluminum-plastic film

The cover cavity is driven by a cylinder and guided by linear guide sleeves, ensuring flexible movement and precise alignment for consistent sealing quality.

  • Waste Liquid Recovery Device: Safely collects any expelled electrolyte during the vacuum process.

  • Adjustable Parameters: Upper and lower head pressure adjustable via pressure regulating valve to meet various process requirements.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Cavity: Aluminum alloy construction resists corrosion and provides structural integrity.
  • Flexible Vacuum Control: Vacuum degree adjustable from -90KPa to 0 (customer-provided vacuum pump required).
