This Semi-automatic Winding Machine is specifically designed for the electrode winding process of lithium-ion batteries. The machine employs manual feeding, guide groove positioning, cutting, and manual unloading, making it particularly suitable for laboratory process exploration and product development.
Working Principle:
Operators manually feed the electrode and separator materials through the guide system. The guide groove ensures precise positioning before winding. A double insertion circular needle (standard diameter 3.5mm) forms the winding core. After winding, the cell is manually unloaded. The adjustable guide plate and pallet accommodate different material widths and cell sizes.
