Compact desktop vacuum coating machine with heat cover for high-temperature film research. 250mm micrometer adjustable applicator, 0–100 mm/sec coating speed, vacuum plate, digital temperature control up to 200°C (±1°C). Ideal for ceramic films, battery material coatings, and nano films.

Typical Operating Procedure:

  1. Place the substrate (pole piece) on the vacuum plate, start power, turn on vacuum – the substrate is firmly adsorbed.
  2. Place the applicator on the substrate and apply the coating slurry.
  3. Start the coating process – the push rod automatically moves the applicator, coating the film uniformly.
  4. Remove the applicator and push rod; close the heating cover; set heating temperature and time for drying.
  5. After drying, open the heating cover and remove the coated film; reset the device for next use.
