Desktop Vacuum Coating Machine with Heat Cover GN-VC25H – 250mm Applicator, 200°C Drying
Compact desktop vacuum coating machine with heat cover for high-temperature film research. 250mm micrometer adjustable applicator, 0–100 mm/sec coating speed, vacuum plate, digital temperature control up to 200°C (±1°C). Ideal for ceramic films, battery material coatings, and nano films.

- Digital Temperature Control Drying System: Maximum working temperature 200°C with ±1°C accuracy; digital display for set value and actual temperature.
- Digital Timer: Freely set drying time; timing starts automatically when target temperature is reached.
- Adjustable Coating Speed: Stepless adjustment from 0 to 100 mm/sec.
- Vacuum Aluminum Plate: Enables quick placement and removal of substrates; ensures firm adsorption during coating.
- Adjustable Stroke: Stroke can be set between 10 and 300 mm via stroke switch.
- Heating Cover: Enclosed drying system with precise temperature and time control.

Typical Operating Procedure:
- Place the substrate (pole piece) on the vacuum plate, start power, turn on vacuum – the substrate is firmly adsorbed.
- Place the applicator on the substrate and apply the coating slurry.
- Start the coating process – the push rod automatically moves the applicator, coating the film uniformly.
- Remove the applicator and push rod; close the heating cover; set heating temperature and time for drying.
- After drying, open the heating cover and remove the coated film; reset the device for next use.
