Compact Lab Calendaring Machine for electrode rolling and densification. Roller diameter 2-Φ96mm, adjustable gap 0–2mm, working width 150mm, speed 0–40mm/s. Ideal for thinning lithium battery plates and processing precious/non-ferrous metals.
Working Principle:
The machine utilizes gear transmission to drive the rollers, providing consistent and adjustable rolling pressure. The rolling gap can be precisely adjusted from 0 to 2 mm, allowing fine control over material thickness. The vertical roller placement ensures stable operation and easy material feeding.
