The Electrode Punching Machine is a precision die-cutting equipment designed specifically for cathode and anode electrodes used in lithium-ion batteries manufactured through the stacking process. Working Principle:

Sheet electrodes are manually fed into the machine. The pneumatic system drives the upper die downward against the lower die, cutting the electrode material into the desired shape using a knife template. The cutting force and speed are adjustable to accommodate different electrode materials and thicknesses. The drawer-style design ensures safe and easy die changes.
