Degassing Vacuum Sealing Machine – Pouch Battery Vacuum Sealer with Puncture & Degas Function 

This Degassing Vacuum Sealing Machine is a specialized equipment designed for vacuum extraction and hot-press sealing of pouch lithium batteries after the liquid injection and static rest stages. It combines air bag puncture, vacuum degassing, and hermetic sealing in a single automated cycle, ensuring optimal battery performance and safety.

Working Principle:

  1. The upper and lower chambers form a sealed cavity around the battery.
  2. A lancet punctures the air bag to release trapped gases.
  3. Vacuum extraction creates a negative pressure state within the cavity (down to -90KPa).
  4. When the set vacuum level is reached, the heated sealing head applies thermal energy to the aluminum-plastic film.
  5. The film softens and fuses together, creating a hermetic seal after degassing.
