The Pouch Cell Electrode Punching Machine is a semi-automatic die-cutting equipment specifically designed for processing positive and negative plates of lithium-ion laminated batteries. Working Principle:
- Chip-type pole pieces are manually fed into the machine.
- The knife template positions the material for cutting.
- Pneumatic cylinder drives the upper die to punch through the electrode material.
- The punched electrode piece is released for collection.
- Adjustable punching force and speed accommodate different material thicknesses and types.
