Working Principle:
The container undergoes planetary high-speed motion—revolution around the main axis and rotation on its own axis. This generates powerful centrifugal forces that mix materials down to a fine, homogeneous state. Simultaneously, a built-in vacuum pump creates a negative pressure environment (down to -100KPa) within the chamber, drawing out air bubbles from the mixture. The dual action of centrifugal force and vacuum ensures faster and cleaner bubble removal, typically within seconds to minutes depending on material viscosity and volume.
Versatility:
The mixer accommodates various container sizes via customizable fixtures, supporting batch volumes from 1,000 to 20,000 grams. This flexibility makes it suitable for both laboratory R&D and small-scale production.
