Centrifugal Stirring Defoaming Slurry Mixer – GN-T600A-1.8L

High-performance centrifugal stirring defoaming slurry mixer (model GN-T600A-1.8L) for uniform mixing and bubble removal. Planetary revolution/rotation with vacuum up to -100KPa. 750W servo motor, PLC control, 0-1500 rpm stepless speed. Ideal for lithium battery slurries, epoxy, solder paste, and more. Compact design with safety lock.

Working Principle:

The container undergoes planetary high-speed motion—revolution around the main axis and rotation on its own axis. This generates powerful centrifugal forces that mix materials down to a fine, homogeneous state. Simultaneously, a built-in vacuum pump creates a negative pressure environment (down to -100KPa) within the chamber, drawing out air bubbles from the mixture. The dual action of centrifugal force and vacuum ensures faster and cleaner bubble removal, typically within seconds to minutes depending on material viscosity and volume.
