Liquid Injection Machine – Vacuum Electrolyte Filling System for Polymer Batteries 

We designed this Liquid Injection Machine specifically for precise electrolyte filling of polymer lithium batteries. Its advanced vacuum injection nozzle uses a pneumatic shut-off valve with a stainless steel poppet and Teflon conical seat, ensuring bubble-free dosing and clean cut-off. Therefore, it delivers consistent, high-accuracy injections for R&D and production environments.

Key Features

Advanced Nozzle Design
The injection nozzle incorporates a stainless steel poppet and Teflon conical valve seat. As a result, it provides reliable closure and precise liquid control without dripping or cavitation.

Bubble-Free Vacuum Injection
A check valve at the nozzle inlet maintains vacuum integrity during the process. Consequently, it prevents bubble formation and ensures complete electrolyte filling.

High Precision Metering
The stepping motor-driven plunger pump with ceramic rotary valve achieves ±1% accuracy. Moreover, you can program multiple strokes for larger volumes up to 295–375mL (350–450g).

Flexible Battery Compatibility
The machine accommodates polymer batteries up to 450×450mm. Thus, it suits both small R&D cells and larger production formats.

User-Friendly Control
You set all injection parameters—volume, program, nozzle operation—via the color touch screen PLC interface. Additionally, pneumatic controls ensure smooth automated cycles.

Clean Fluid Path
All liquid-contacting components use PFA plastic and stainless steel, so they resist corrosion and maintain electrolyte purity.


Working Principle

  1. Positioning: You place the battery under the vacuum box head.
  2. Sealing: The head closes, forming a vacuum-tight chamber.
  3. Evacuation: The system draws vacuum to remove air from the cell.
  4. Injection: The metering pump delivers the programmed electrolyte volume through the nozzle.
  5. Shut-off: The poppet valve closes cleanly after each stroke.
  6. Repeat: If multi-stroke is set, the cycle repeats until the total volume is injected.
  7. Completion: The head opens, and you remove the filled battery.
