Working Principle:

Heating elements raise the upper and lower sealing heads to a preset temperature (recommended 180°C). During operation, the upper and lower heads apply localized heat and pressure to the aluminum-plastic film for a short duration (recommended 3–4 seconds), melting the inner layers and fusing the two sides together. This creates a hermetic seal that encases the battery core within the aluminum-plastic film.
