Description

Coin Cell Hydraulic Crimping Machine GN-CC20 – Hand-Operated Lab Crimper

The GN-CC20 Coin Cell Hydraulic Crimping Machine is a manually operated hydraulic press designed for reliable and consistent coin cell battery sealing in research laboratories and small-scale production environments. Using a hand rocker rod to drive the hydraulic pump, this machine delivers precise, repeatable crimping without the need for electricity or compressed air.

Manual hydraulic coin cell crimping machine for laboratory battery assembly. Sealing pressure 80–1400 kg, stroke 30mm, pressure precision ±1.5%. Compatible with CR16, CR20, CR24, CR30 series. Ideal for button cell sealing, powder pressing, and riveting applications.

Working Principle:

After placing the battery into the mold, the operator drives the hand rocker rod to activate the hydraulic pump. The upper and lower molds automatically close with controlled pressure, forming a secure seal on the coin cell. The hydraulic mechanism provides smooth, consistent force application throughout the crimping process.

Key Features:

  • Manual Hydraulic Operation: No electricity or compressed air required; ideal for glove box use and remote locations.
  • Adjustable Sealing Pressure: Pressure range from 80 kg to 1400 kg with ±1.5% precision, suitable for various battery types.
  • Consistent Cycle Time: Approximately 14 seconds per unit (for CR2032) with manual operation.
  • Interchangeable Molds: Compatible with CR16, CR20, CR24, CR30 series and other custom mold designs.
  • Versatile Applications: Beyond battery sealing, can be used for dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, forming, and riveting with appropriate molds.
  • Robust Construction: Durable hydraulic system with reliable performance for long-term laboratory use.
  • Compact & Portable: Lightweight design (35 kg) easily placed on benchtops or inside glove boxes.

Applications:

  • Coin cell battery sealing (CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, CR2430, CR2450, etc.)
  • Capacitor research and sealing
  • Small-batch trial production in factories
  • Dry and wet powder pressing
  • Nickel foam compression
  • General pressing forming and riveting tasks
  • Ideal for argon-filled glove box environments (no electrical sparks or contamination)
