This Manual Corner Sealing Machine is specifically designed for the bottom corner sealing of pouch lithium battery airbags. It offers a simple structure, low cost, and stable operation, making it an ideal choice for laboratories and small-scale production environments where reliable corner sealing is required.

Working Principle:

The machine features independent temperature controllers for both the upper and lower heating heads, allowing separate temperature settings for optimal sealing results. The operator places the pouch battery airbag in position and activates the sealing cycle using a foot switch. The upper and lower heads close under pressure, heating the aluminum-laminated film to a softened state to achieve a secure corner seal.
