Aluminum Laminated Film Forming Machine – Pneumatic Pouch Cell Former with Custom Dies

We designed this Aluminum Laminated Film Forming Machine specifically for creating aluminum laminated film shells for lithium-ion pouch cells. Unlike large production presses, this pneumatic unit requires no electricity and suits R&D and sample preparation perfectly.

Working Principle:

A pneumatic cylinder drives the upper and lower forming dies. First, you place a sheet of aluminum laminated film between the dies. Next, you activate the cylinder, which applies controlled pressure to shape the film into a precise pouch cavity. After forming, the dies retract, and you remove the formed shell. Because the pressure and speed are adjustable, you can optimize the process for different film thicknesses and cavity depths.

  • Depth Control: Included depth gauges (3, 4, 5, 6mm) allow you to set the forming depth accurately, thus accommodating different film qualities and depths.
