Coin Cell Crimping Machine – Pneumatic CR20XX Crimper for Glove Box
Compact pneumatic coin cell crimping machine driven by compressed gas/air. Compatible with CR2016, CR2025, CR2032 and other sizes. Accurate pressure control (±0.5%), 0.4–0.5 MPa gas source, 30mm stroke. 1000-grade clean room compatible, non-contaminating for glove box. Includes screw ejection mechanism. Ideal for R&D and battery assembly.
Feature：
- Screw Spring Ejection Mechanism: The upper mold sealing cup incorporates a screw spring top center mechanism, preventing battery sticking after sealing. Simply turn the top screw to eject the button cell.
- Dual Gas Supply Options: Compatible with compressed air or inert gas cylinders (argon, nitrogen). External exhaust prevents glove box atmosphere contamination.
- Precision Mold Design: Ensures accurate and reliable sealing; robust steel structure guarantees stable and safe operation.
- Compact Size: Easily fits inside a glove box (Φ360 transition chamber).
- Pure Pneumatic Operation: No electricity required, simple and safe to use.
