Compact vacuum mixer GN-VM7 for lab-scale slurry preparation. 500ml max capacity, built-in vacuum pump (0.08–0.09 MPa), stepless speed 0–320 rpm. Includes vibration plate (1000 Hz) for bubble removal and dispersion. Ideal for lithium battery electrode paste and ceramic materials.

Working Principle:

The mixer features a built-in vacuum pump that evacuates the mixing container to 0.08–0.09 MPa (600–675 torr). The stepless mixing speed can be varied from 0 to 320 rpm, allowing precise control for different material viscosities. A vibration plate located at the bottom operates at 1000 Hz to remove gas bubbles before vacuum mixing and to further disperse the slurry after mixing, ensuring superior uniformity.
