Single Port Glove Box with H2O & O2 < 1PPM – Inert Atmosphere Glove Box with IoT Control
The Single Port Glove Box is a high-purity inert atmosphere workstation designed for advanced research applications requiring stringent control of water and oxygen levels. With H₂O and O₂ concentrations maintained below 1 part per million (PPM) , this glove box provides an ideal environment for lithium battery R&D, air-sensitive material handling, and other specialized laboratory processes.
Construction & Design:
- Box Material: High-quality 304 stainless steel, 3mm thickness
- Surface Finish: Outer surface brushed 304 stainless steel; inner surface oil film drawing finish
- Dimensions: 1220mm (L) × 750mm (D) × 900mm (H)
- Front Window: Tilting transparent toughened safety glass, 8mm thickness for excellent visibility and access
- Glove Ports: POM or aluminum alloy construction with O-ring seals
- Gloves: Butyl rubber, 0.4mm thickness, available in 7″ or 8″ diameters
- Filters: 0.3μm pore size, one inlet and one outlet filter
- Shelf: Stainless steel, 2 adjustable shelves included
- Lighting: LED light installed in protective lampshade
- Interfaces: Multiple DN40KF spare ports; 1 power interface (220V)
Purification System:
- Purification Column: 304 stainless steel container with copper catalyst (5kg) for oxygen removal and molecular sieve (5kg) for water removal
- Purification Capacity: 60L deoxygenation, 2kg dehydration
- Performance: Maintains H₂O and O₂ levels < 1ppm
- Circulation System: Integrated fan with 90m³/h flow rate (upgradable to 145m³/h or 180m³/h)
- Working Gases: Compatible with nitrogen, argon, helium
- Regeneration: PLC-controlled automatic regeneration process using working gas mixed with 5-10% hydrogen
Vacuum & Valve System:
- Vacuum Pump: 8m³/h or 12m³/h rotary vane pump with oil mist filter and anti-vibration control
