Working Principle:

The machine utilizes gear transmission to drive the rollers, providing consistent and adjustable rolling pressure. The rolling gap can be precisely adjusted from 0 to 2 mm using a ramp mechanism, allowing fine control over material thickness. The vertical roller placement ensures stable operation and easy material feeding. Heating elements integrated into the rollers enable temperature-controlled calendering.
